$8 Million Hexagon Complex Brings Class To Davuilevu

The new $8 million Hexagon Complex along the King’s Road has already attracted renowned businesses which now operate from there.
Past Friday businesses were operational at the complex.
It is owned by the Hexagon Group, a major local hotel company, with substantial investment in property development.
The complex was designed by Design Hut.
Situated on the Davuilevu freehold subdivision with the land area of 3,108 square metres, the premises consist of a newly-built, large-scale commercial complex.

The construction work began at the end of 2016 and was undertaken by Cope Construction and completed in September 2019.
Hexagon Group of Hotels manager Property Development, Bimal Prasad said the property opened last week after all necessary approvals had been attained.
The complex offers a spacious supermarket space on the ground floor with a leasable floor area of 795 square metres and eight retail shops that have leasable floor areas ranging from 53 square metres to 108 square metres.
“A number of shops have already been leased and some tenants have started their operations,” Mr Prasad said.
“This includes a fast-food restaurant, occupying three retail spaces, a bookshop, a traditional boutique retailer, and a variety store taking up two shop space.
“The ground floor provides ample car parking space for customers.
“The top floor provides six retail shops with leasable floor areas ranging from 68 square metres to 108 square metres, with available retail shop spaces now ready to lease to prospective tenants.
“But the main attraction of the top floor is the availability of a modern, air-conditioned event centre that can easily cater to up-to 600 persons.”

Hexagon Event Centre

Known as the Hexagon Event Centre, one of the specialties is its availability for multi-purposes functions as opposed to specific functions only, which means that it can cater for various weddings, meetings, conferences, parties and other events.
“A number of successful wedding functions have already been held in last few weeks since opening its doors, and the event center is available for future bookings.”

Freehold Residential Blocks

Apart from constructing the Hexagon Complex, the property owners have also completed sub-division of freehold residential blocks behind the facility which are on sale now with price starting from $200,000-00 plus VAT.
Commercial blocks situated on the side and immediately behind the complex, are earmarked for future commercial developments including commencement of a modern service station construction in the next few weeks.
